Shipping policy

We currently provide free shipping on all subscription orders. For non-subscription orders within Ireland, shipping is charged at €4.99. Once your order ships, estimated delivery time is typically 1-3 business days. We aim to process all orders within 24-48 hours, however, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, a further email will be sent containing your tracking number.

Please note, some delivery issues may arise from our couriers, such as An Post, and we are not responsible for delays or problems caused by them. For certain issues, you might need to contact the courier directly. However, you are welcome to contact us first, and we will provide guidance.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping, with costs varying depending on the destination. Accurate international shipping prices and delivery timelines can be viewed at checkout once your country details are entered.

Please be aware that international customs duties, taxes, or other additional fees are not included in our prices. Customers are responsible for any such charges that may apply upon receipt of their order. This is important to note for orders outside of the EU.
