Great that has 0 calories and no artificial sweeteners like most supplement drinks. It mixes extremely easily compared to normal creatine powder with no grit and is very easy to drink. Great that it's made in galway also

Supra perfectly covers my baseline for supplements because it makes it easy to get in the essentials that are hard to get through diet alone, like magnesium and creatine. They're also in a much higher dose than most supplements on the market. 5/5

Perfect if you work long days and train consistently. Helps me feel more hydrated and my workouts feel much better overall. My mind definitely feels clearer during the day also, I don't get as fatigued as I used to working at a screen all day from home. Highly recommend!
